Autumn breeze (tanka)

sea-clouds

Sea-clouds in the sky,

Gentle summer wind on my skin,

Rustling kiss of leaves…

Autumn is coming slowly

with every new breath and leaf.

It’s the first & foremost tanka that I’ve ever read (that’s beautifully written) with the proper functioning of RHYME cos most of the “tankas” I’ve read in recent past few years ain’t seem to be drooled with the bashing anticipation of rhythmic flow so I guess, you here do a very tremendous job with such a magnificent piece of art. Nice imagery. Your insights’re pretty intriguing ov’r nature as well… alongwith rhyme. Enjoyed reading it.

Thank you, Cris, for such a wonderful comment 🙂 Your kind words & amazing feedback made my day, but what really makes me happy is that you enjoyed it. Rhyme is constant part of my life 🙂
